When Ten Cap collects personal information from you, we will inform you of the purpose for which it is collected and to be used. This information may be used to establish and administer your investment, comply with specific and/or relevant laws or is required to communicate with you about your investment with Ten Cap. The processing ofan application / redemption could be delayed / refused if the required information is not provided as required by Ten Cap or to satisfy legal requirements.

However, we will only disclose this information if permitted by law and we have your express, or implied, consent, or it is required by law. We will not disclose or use your personal information for any purpose than what it is collected for.
